Frequently Asked Questions | Neion Tech - Your Questions Answered

Find answers to common questions about planning a software project with Neion Tech. The signed agreement defines the terms that apply to your project.

How do I start a project?

Send a short description of what you need, who will use it, any existing systems and your preferred launch date. We will review the information and discuss the scope and next steps.

How is the price determined?

The estimate depends on the required functions, platforms, integrations, data migration, testing and operating requirements. Share the scope before expecting a reliable price. Third-party and recurring costs should be identified in the proposal.

How long does development take?

The schedule depends on the agreed scope, required approvals, content availability and external integrations. The proposal should state the planned stages and assumptions. Changes to scope or dependencies may require a revised schedule.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

The proposal or agreement specifies the payment method, currency, milestones and due dates. If bank transfer is agreed, use the invoice and payment details provided for that project.

Can you work with our existing website or system?

We first review its code, documentation, integrations and operating environment. That assessment helps determine whether to extend the existing system, repair selected parts or plan a replacement.

What happens after launch?

Maintenance, hosting and support depend on the agreed arrangement. The agreement should define what is included, the support period, responsibilities and any recurring fees.

How is confidential information handled?

Before sharing sensitive information, agree on access permissions and confidentiality terms. Provide only what the project needs. An NDA can be discussed where required; specific obligations are set in the agreement.

Can the product support Arabic and English?

Both languages can be included in the scope. The project should account for translated content, right-to-left layouts, forms, notifications and testing in each language.

Who controls the code, accounts and project access?

Ownership, licenses, repository access and handover responsibilities are defined in the agreement. Confirm the arrangements for hosting, domains, app stores and third-party services before implementation.

Can the product connect to other services?

An integration requires suitable documentation, account access and permission from the provider. Feasibility, provider fees and test environments should be reviewed before the integration is committed to the scope.
